The Directors

Andy Hale, Managing Director

With a long history in sales & marketing and a former director of a successful software company, Andy formed FastSearch in January 2004 having identified large areas for improvement in the production, content and fee structure of searches produced by Local Authorities.

The aim was not only to considerably improve turn around time but to enhance the readability and extent of the search area compared to standard searches - thus empowering the prospective home buyer with the knowledge to make an informed decision.

Jane Hale, Company Secretary

Jane is a master of administrative procedures, streamlining our processes from instruction to delivery ensuring that our service operates as efficiently as possible. Before co-founding FastSearch Jane had a successful career in management with a number of firms including a well known Group of Estate Agents.

Many conventional searches can still take around 2 weeks from request to delivery. Long turn around times can cause problems with the transaction process, such as delaying contracts exchange and potentially completion.
